Terms of Service

LanePulse AI (“LanePulse”, “we”) provides researched shipper lists to freight brokers through lanepulseai.com and a private page at app.lanepulseai.com. By signing up, opening your page or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use LanePulse for a brokerage, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.

• Free. Your first fourteen shippers, delivered on your page over your first days, with no card.
• Broker plan. $150 a month for up to 200 researched shippers a month, delivered daily on your page, plus market events and the weekly Resources & News.
• Custom. For teams, on terms agreed in writing.

Each shipper comes with what we found: a dated fact, an opening line, one or two named contacts, and a draft email. What we deliver, how many and how often may change while the product is in beta; we tell you before a change that reduces what your plan includes.

Your page is opened by a private link. The link is your login: keep it to yourself. One link is for one person. If your link is shared or leaks, tell us and we issue a new one. You are responsible for what is done from your link until you tell us.

• The Broker plan is charged when you subscribe, then every month on the same day, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax you owe.
• You can cancel any time from your page. Your page keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and you keep everything you received. We do not refund a month that has started, except where the law says otherwise.
• If a payment fails, we tell you and keep your page up until the end of the paid period. If it is not settled by then, the page shows the offer again and stops delivering new shippers.
• We can change the price with thirty days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after that.

LanePulse is for prospecting by you, for your own brokerage. You may call, email and keep notes on the shippers we deliver. You may not:

• resell, publish or hand our lists, facts or contacts to anyone outside your brokerage;
• copy the pages in bulk, scrape them or feed them to another system for redistribution;
• share your link or let several people use one page;
• use what we deliver in a way that breaks the law.

The calls and emails are yours. You are responsible for making them in line with the laws that apply to you, including telemarketing and email rules such as the TCPA, do-not-call lists and CAN-SPAM in the United States.

We research every company from public sources and business data providers, and we check what we can. We still cannot promise that every fact, number or contact is current or correct, that a shipper needs a broker on the day you call, that a company is not already in your brokerage's system, or that you will win any business. What we deliver is a starting point for your own judgement; verify before you act on it. If something is wrong, tell us and we correct it.

The pages, the research, the facts as we wrote them, the opening lines and the emails are ours. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own prospecting for as long as you have a page. Your notes and your pitch line are yours; we use them only to show them back to you. Feedback you give us about the product may be used to improve it, without owing you anything for it.

LanePulse is in beta. Features may appear, change or go away, and free access may end; we give notice by email when it does. We may pause the service for maintenance.

LanePulse is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, and no warranty about the results you get from it.

To the extent the law allows, LanePulse is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost business or lost data, and our total liability for anything arising from these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $150 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan or asking us to close your page. We can suspend or close a page that breaks section 5, that is not paid for, or that we have reason to believe is not used by the person it was given to. Where we close a page for our own reasons, we refund the unused part of the month you paid for.

These terms are governed by French law. Before any court action, we both agree to try to settle a dispute by writing to each other. Failing that, the courts of France have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any protection the law of your own country gives you and does not let you waive.

When these terms change, we update the date at the top. If a change reduces your rights or what your plan includes, we tell you by email at least thirty days before it applies; keeping your page after that date means you accept it.
